Engagement with WelliBuilds constitutes agreement to all terms herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

Modification of Terms
WelliBuilds reserves the right to modify pricing and terms of service at any time without prior notice.

Copyrights
All work produced by WelliBuilds is protected under Indonesian copyright law. Upon full payment, the client receives full usage rights to the delivered website.
Section 5
Services Description
WelliBuilds provides website design, development, and deployment services, primarily for villa and hospitality businesses in Indonesia.
Section 6
Refund Policy
- Down payment (DP) is non-refundable.
- Full refund is only applicable if the project has not been started within 7 days of full payment receipt.
- Refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee deduction.
- No refund is issued once development has commenced.
Section 7
Privacy Policy
Client data and project details will not be shared with any third party without explicit written consent from the client.
Section 8
Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify WelliBuilds from any third-party claims arising from the use of the delivered website.

Applicable Laws
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Indonesia.
